Natura Max is our core product supplied to the agricultural industry. It is manufactured using feedlot manure which is processed in windrows, where it is combined with sawdust then watered and turned weekly for a minimum of 16 weeks until the material is fully composted. The Temperature generated (about 68ºC) kills pathogens and weed seeds. The standard compost is screened through a 10mm screen. Careful management of the raw material consistency and the rigorous composting process ensure the consistency and quality of the finished product.

Enviroganics® Natura Max is a natural, biological product that delivers excellent concentrations of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sulphur and Calcium as well as trace elements. Natura Max has a high organic carbon content to feed soil microbes and organisms. Natura Max has a high cation exchange capacity which benefits a wide range of soils, from sandy to clay soils.

Suggested Application Rates

Most broad-acre farmers are applying Enviroganics Compost at a rate of 5 - 8 tonnes per hectare or 2 - 3 tonnes per acre as this is economical for their cropping rotations. While saying this, some cotton growers are applying Enviroganics Compost at rates of 10 tonnes per hectare or 4 tonnes per acre as they are needing to achieve good results as they have been applying more inorganic fertiliser than they have in the past and not getting the return they used to achieve when using less inorganic fertiliser.

Some horticulture farmers apply Enviroganics Compost at 10 tonnes per hectare or 4 tonnes per acre as this suits their need and their soil types. Light loamy to sandy soils can do with a heavier application but economics can play a part as to the expense that can be outlayed.

Soil Conditioning

Natura Max reduces leaching of fertiliser into the environment. The manufacturing process kills all harmful pathogens and weed seeds leaving beneficial bacteria and fungi. The fine texture of the screened product assists with uniform coverage when applying. Enviroganics® Natura Max product, is natures slow release fertiliser. The nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients are in an organic form and are released slowly through moisture and microbial activity.

The soil conditioning effects of Enviroganics® Natura Max enhances the soils ability to hold onto inorganic fertilisers in the soil and stop nutrients from leaching through the soil into the waterways, helping to protect our environment.
