Natura Max

Enviroganics® Natura Max is a biologically stable, organic fertiliser and soil conditioner processed from natural organic inputs. It has a high percentage of organic carbon (23%), twice that of raw and stockpiled manure, to feed soil microbes and organisms. Its excellent concentrations of calcium can be utilised to offset gypsum and lime applications. The high cation exchange capacity (CEC) benefits a wide range of soils, from sandy to clay and especially sandy loam through clays to red volcanic soils.

Enviroganics - Natura Max

Enviroganics® Natura Max is certified organic by Biological Farmers of Australia (BFA www.bfa.com.au) and has HAACP (www.haccp.com.au) certification to ensure the product quality. Natura Max meets AS4454 for soil conditioners.

Enviroganics® Natura Max maximises the storage and slow release of all nutrients to substitute for most inorganic fertilisers. The potassium in Enviroganics® Natura Max is mostly plant available and will substitute inorganic potassium. Nitrogen and phosphorus are in an organic form and will slowly release through mineralisation into the soil. This results from microbial activity and adequate moisture creating an ideal situation where the plants receive nutrients as needed. We therefore recommend that soil samples be done to top up with nitrogen and maybe phosphorus.

Benefits of Natura Max

Enviroganics® Natura Max offers the following benefits:

  • Excellent cation exchange capacity.
  • Prevents nutrient leaching.
  • Improves soil quality and disease and pest resistance.
  • Economically viable substitute for chemical fertiliser.
  • High micro-organism counts.
  • Reduces inorganic fertiliser needs.
  • Buffers soil from abrupt pH changes.
  • Increases calcium.
  • Reduces soil sodium.
  • Increases soil organic carbon (organic matter).
  • Buffers nitrogen draw down caused by some organic mulch and excess crop residue.

Packaging

Natura Max is available in bulk and 1 tonne bulka bags.

Utilisation

Natura Max reduces leaching of fertiliser into the environment. The manufacturing process kills all harmful pathogens and weed seeds leaving beneficial bacteria and fungi. The fine texture of the screened product assists with uniform coverage when applying. Enviroganics® Natura Max product is natures slow release fertiliser. The nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients are in an organic form and are released slowly through moisture and microbial activity.

The soil conditioning effects of Enviroganics® Natura Max enhance the ability of soils to hold onto inorganic fertilisers and stop nutrients from leaching through the soil into the waterways, helping to protect our environment.

Suggested Application Rates

In most broad-acre, circumstances Enviroganics® Natura Max should be applied at a rate of 5 – 8 tonnes per hectare or 2 – 3 tonnes per acre. However, where crop demands are higher or soils are in poor condition, rates of 10 tonnes per hectare or 4 tonnes per acre may be required. Landscape application rates are 2 – 3kgs per m². Users should note that inorganic fertiliser demand will reduce immediately and further over time as soil biology improves.

Enviroganics - Natura Max

Some horticulture farmers apply Enviroganics® Natura Max at 10 tonnes per hectare or 4 tonnes per acre as this suits their need and their soil types. Light loamy to sandy soils may require a heavier application. We strongly recommend contacting Enviroganics on (07) 3376 0033 or e-mail info@enviroganics.com.au to discuss your specific needs. Enviroganics®Natura Max products are available in bulk and bulka bags.
